Happiness means different things to different people. Like the saying goes, one person's rubbish is another person's treasure and that is perfectly fine. Take time to know what makes you happy. Maybe reading, listening to music, socialising with friends, gardening etc.

Basil Oil.-enhance mood, improve digestion, increase alertness, and soothe muscle aches. Basil essential oil is also sometimes used as an insect repellent
Lemon Oil.-Reduce anxiety and depression.
