Our lives can become quite busy with school, work and family. Deadlines and pressures that have to be honoured. We put all that first and ourselves second. Often too tired to eat properly so a ready meal or take away fills the gap. In the short term this is ok however over a long period of time our bodies begin to work less well due to lack of nutritonal foods and daily exercise. Leaving us to feel exhausted and sometimes depressed.
Here are some tips of Self Love to start in the morning. Continue this routine for at least 21 days and see the difference.
1. Wake up about 15 minutes earlier than you need.
2. stretch your body and do a 5 minute work out. (YOU TUBE has lots)
3. Have breakfast
4. Think about all you have to appreciate in life while you wash.
5. In the evening before bed MEDITATE for 5 minutes .
