Hope is an optimistic state of mind that is based on an expectation of positive outcomes with respect to events and circumstances in one's life or the world at large. As a verb, its definitions include: "expect with confidence" and "to cherish a desire with anticipation."Wikipedia
Life is difficult with many obstacles. Hope allows us to look at problems with a more positive mindset and are more likely to achieve the goals set thereby reaching personal success. To have hope is to want an outcome that makes your life better in some way. It not only can help make a tough present situation more bearable but also can eventually improve our lives because envisioning a better future motivates you to take the steps to make it happen.
Research indicates that hope can help us manage stress and anxiety and cope with adversity. It contributes to our well-being and happiness and motivates positive action. Hopeful people believe they can influence their goals, that their efforts can have a positive impact.
Your limitation—it's only your imagination.
Push yourself, because no one else is going to do it for you.
Sometimes later becomes never. ...
Great things never come from comfort zones.
Success doesn't just find you. ...
The harder you work for something, the greater you'll feel when you achieve it.
“Carve a tunnel of hope through the dark mountain of disappointment.” – Martin Luther King Jr. “Hope is one of the principal springs that keep mankind in motion.” – Thomas Fuller. “Everything that is done in this world is done by hope.” – Martin Luther.
Some of the things that have really given me hope, throughout my life, ARE:
ACTS OF KINDNESS TO ME AND FROM ME
PEOPLE THROUGHOUT TIME
Cultivating daily gratitude also helps to create feeling of hope within. With this positive energy it will drive you to achieve anything. If someone else has done it or achieved it there is no reason why you can't. The difference between a lot of people is their hope and belief within themselves.
