Small Changes to Make Your Life More Enjoyable

  • Train your mind to stay positive.

  • Wake up half an hour earlier. (As in the morning free routine plan)

  • Clean up after yourself straight away. (It is more time consuming to be lazy)

  • Don't over-commit. Say No when needed

  • Change the way to regular places. Walk or take a new route

  • Stop complaining . Start appreciating

  • Stop comparing yourself to others. There is only one you and that's enough

  • Don't put off till tomorrow what you can do today

  • Practice saying “I get to” instead of “I have to."

  • Drink more water.

Smile at a stranger, you never know that can make their day!

Compliment those around you more!

Reposition a plant. That makes a difference to the ambience of the room.
