We have all found ourselves in situations where our thoughts come into play? This is normal but are there times when our thoughts take control of us in regards to affecting our mood, our behaviour and even affecting our bodies physically? Whether that be lack of concentration, lack of appetite or leading to aggressive behaviour?

It helps to have some idea that we think thousands of thoughts everyday and also to know where these thoughts actually do stem from. Thus sometimes not giving us the desired outcome in our lives that we actually do want.
