When we go out, at times, we will tip someone who provides us with good service, as a gesture of our appreciation for their service to us. what about tipping yoursef?

We all know working out is good for our bodies, minds and immune system. When we exercise we ARE PROVIDING our bodies with a GOOD SERVICE. So get yourself a jar and for every minute of exercise you do, within your workout, put a coin in a jar. For example if you do a 15 minute work out and add a 10p coin in for every minute after the work out you've tipped yoursel £1.50.
